Aaron brings experience across client-focused and support roles, including allied health, workers’ compensation, and education. He currently works as an Allied Health Assistant, supporting NDIS participants to achieve their functional and communication goals. In this role, Aaron implements therapy plans designed by clinicians, assists with assessments, and provides practical support to help clients build skills and independence in their daily lives.
Prior to entering the allied health field, Aaron worked in the workers’ compensation industry, where he advocated for injured workers and supported them through recovery and return-to-work processes. His career began in photography, where he developed strong skills in educating and empowering individuals to achieve their creative goals.
Now completing a degree in Speech Pathology, Aaron combines his hands-on therapy experience with a genuine passion for helping others, contributing to positive outcomes for clients and their families within the NDIS.
