The best part of the support my family member gets from Capability Support Services is the communication between his Behaviour Practioner and him regarding trying to solve any issues.
Capability Support offer a friendly professional service from the admin team to clinicians. The clinician is always available or offers availability to discuss matters in a timely manner. The clinician has been present and become involved with the disciplinary team which has increased the level of support offered.
