Caleb is a dedicated and highly experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with a strong background in Social Work, along with qualifications in child, youth, and family intervention. With over 10 years of experience in the community services and NDIS sectors, Caleb brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to his role, specialising in behaviour support.
Starting his career in residential care as a youth worker, Caleb advanced into case management roles before moving into the NDIS sector. In his current role as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Caleb works closely with a diverse range of participants and families, from young people to adults, across varying socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. He has a particular passion for outdoor and nature-based therapeutic strategies and places a strong emphasis on building trust and meaningful connections with families. Caleb’s compassionate and collaborative approach has consistently delivered positive outcomes, empowering both families and support teams to provide more effective care for participants.
Outside of work, Caleb enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. An avid surfer, he finds peace and perspective in nature, which helps him remain grounded and relatable, qualities that deeply resonate with families navigating the complexities of the NDIS system.
