Donna is an experienced Quality and Compliance professional with a strong background in auditing, governance, and consultancy across regulated service environments for the past 13 years.
Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney, majoring in Psychology, providing a solid foundation in human behaviour, ethical practice, and systems-based thinking.
Her career spans business, leadership, and education, including seven years as a Department Manager, before she transitioned into specialist quality and compliance roles.
Donna is a qualified and highly experienced ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and NDIS Lead Auditor, working with a range of Certification Bodies across Australia. She has over 6 years’ experience as Director of her own Auditing and Consulting firm, supporting organisations to design, implement, and continuously improve quality management systems. She brings deep, practical knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Guidelines and specialises in consulting for Allied Health providers, a space she is particularly passionate about.
Outside of work, Donna enjoys travel, tennis, skiing, cycling, reading, and good movies. In her role as Quality and Compliance Manager at Capability Support Services, Donna plays a key role in strengthening governance, supporting best practice, and ensuring high-quality, participant-focused service delivery.
