Emma is an experienced Executive Leader, Board Director, and Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner with almost 20 years’ experience across health, disability, mental health, child protection, and community services. She brings a strong understanding of leadership, governance, and service delivery within highly regulated environments, including the NDIS.
Emma has worked in senior leadership and management roles across not-for-profit and disability organisations, supporting teams and services through periods of growth and change. Her experience includes helping organisations establish new services, strengthen systems and processes, and expand sustainably across multidisciplinary and statewide programs. Throughout her work, Emma maintains a consistent focus on quality, safety, and positive outcomes for the people supported.
Alongside her leadership roles, Emma has a strong background in clinical governance, particularly in Behaviour Support, reducing the use of restrictive practices, and building workforce capability. She is known for her collaborative approach and her ability to connect strategy with day-to-day practice, supporting services to meet regulatory requirements while remaining person-centred, ethical, and responsive.
