Esther is a dedicated, empathetic, and highly experienced clinical PBS ( Positive Behaviour Support) lead, bringing 17 years of experience in the Behaviour Support/Allied Health sector, including more than 5 years in leadership roles such as PBS Team Leader, PBS Clinical Advisor, and PBS National Clinical Lead for national providers. Esther embraces a strengths-based, Positive Behaviour Support approach in both her professional and personal life, thriving in workplaces where culture and values align and where everyone is empowered and supported to truly “walk the talk.”
Esther considers it both an honour and a great responsibility to provide clinical support for PBS practitioners in a lead role. With a deep commitment to connection, she seeks to learn from participants, their support teams, other Allied Health clinicians, and organisations. Esther firmly believes that the best outcomes are achieved through a holistic, comprehensive, collaborative, and client-centred approach.
Esther thrives in environments where vision, purpose, and culture align, and values leaving ego and expectations aside to create space for curiosity and collaboration. She is passionate about expanding her scope of practice by supporting the teams who support clients, empowering clinicians to reach their full potential. Her goal is to encourage, educate, and uplift others to be their best selves—both professionally and personally.
