She has a particular interest in Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) and Home & Living Assessments, including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) evaluations. Holly is known for her detailed, person-centred approach and her ability to translate complex functional profiles into clear, goal-oriented recommendations that guide sustainable support plans.
Holly supports clients across the lifespan, with a clinical focus on individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Global Developmental Delay (GDD), and psychosocial disability- including various mental health diagnosis. She brings extensive experience in working with children and adults with high and complex needs—including those with behaviours of concern and co-occurring mental health presentations. Holly also has a special interest in working with babies and toddlers, particularly those presenting with early signs of developmental delay or neurological concerns, and values the role of early intervention in shaping long-term outcomes.
Her broad scope of practice includes assistive technology, sensory profiling, continence and mealtime-related assessments, and delivering capacity-building therapy targeting daily living skills, emotional regulation, and participation in meaningful activities. She values collaborative practice and works closely with support coordinators, behaviour support practitioners, families, and allied health teams to ensure holistic, wraparound care.
As a mother of three—including twins—Holly combines her professional expertise with lived experience. Her warm, empathetic manner and strong clinical reasoning allow her to build trust with families while delivering outcomes-focused therapy that empowers participants and their support networks.
