Marg is an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with a strong academic background and advanced training in applied behaviour analysis. She holds a degree in Psychology and a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis, and is currently pursuing a PhD, further strengthening her expertise in the field.
With over 15 years of experience working with both Queensland and Victorian schools, Marg is experienced in and committed to cultural inclusivity and using trauma-informed practices, to ensure every individual she supports has the opportunity to realise their full potential.
Marg is dedicated to empowering people with disabilities to lead meaningful, fulfilling lives. She utilises person-centred and evidence-based strategies to provide support that enhances autonomy, wellbeing, and life satisfaction.
A key aspect of Marg’s practice involves recognising and responding to the unique needs of each individual. She works collaboratively with families, carers, educators, and frontline workers, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively address behaviours of concern and minimise risks of harm.
