About Regina Jastin

Regina is a highly skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner with advanced training in applied behaviour analysis and a strong academic foundation in psychology. She holds a Master of Behavioural Science (ABA – Dissertation Pathway), where her research focused on improving access to culturally responsive interventions for underrepresented communities. This work underpins her deep commitment to inclusion, equity, and person-centred care.

Regina brings a wealth of experience in supporting individuals across the neurodiversity spectrum, including those with autism, intellectual disability, psychosocial disability, dual diagnosis, and complex trauma. She has worked extensively with clients presenting with high-risk behaviours, forensic backgrounds, and multifaceted support needs, developing tailored strategies that are evidence-based, practical, and respectful of each person’s lived experience.

She is also a recognised practitioner in the field of restrictive practices, with particular expertise in the assessment, reporting, and safe reduction of chemical restraint and seclusion. Regina combines clinical insight with a trauma-informed, strengths-focused approach to reduce reliance on restrictive interventions and improve long-term outcomes for the people she supports.

Collaborative, compassionate, and culturally aware, Regina partners with clients, families, and support teams to promote meaningful behaviour change, enhance communication, and build independence. Her goal is to ensure every person she works with has the opportunity to live a life of dignity, inclusion, and purpose.
