About Sarah-Cresswell George

Sarah is a passionate and highly experienced Occupational Therapist with over 9 years of clinical practice across paediatric and adult settings. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Intervention and a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Hons), and has dedicated much of her career to supporting children and families through evidence-based, developmentally appropriate intervention.
Sarah has extensive experience working within the NDIS framework, delivering functional capacity assessments, assistive technology prescriptions, and home modification recommendations. Her clinical skills span across a broad range of presentations, including autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing challenges, developmental delays, neurological conditions, and complex physical disabilities. She is known for her ability to deliver high-quality, clinically justified reports that support access to funding and long-term outcomes for participants.

She takes the time to understand each participant’s unique strengths, challenges, and support network. Her person-centred and strengths-based approach allows her to deliver tailored recommendations that enhance independence and participation in everyday life.
