Stacey brings over 10 years’ experience working across disability and NDIS-aligned services, including within government settings. She takes a people-first, relationship-focused approach to supporting positive experiences for participants, families, clinicians, and teams.
With experience across frontline practice and managing teams within government departments, Stacey has a strong understanding of how leadership, communication, and consistency influence service quality and relationships. She is passionate about meaningful connection, navigating complex conversations, and supporting people to feel heard, respected, and genuinely supported. Stacey brings a strong working knowledge of restrictive practices, consent, and safeguarding frameworks, and is particularly mindful of the impact these have on participant experience, dignity, and confidence in services.
In her role, Stacey acts as a key connector with strong quality focus. She works closely with families, carers, support coordinators and the community. Stacey also works closely with the management and clinical teams to strengthen practice, support regulatory compliance, and embed values-led decision-making across services.
Stacey values collaboration and enjoys working alongside teams, families, and stakeholders to strengthen engagement, support professional practice, and contribute to services that are inclusive, ethical, and centred on positive, sustainable outcomes.
