Sujin is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with a diverse professional background and a lifelong passion for people, communication, and culture. Having spent years working in hospitality management, case management, and customer service, she brings a wealth of skills to her role, including relationship-building, advocacy, and a commitment to client-centred care. Speech pathology became a natural career path after her own children required therapy across various areas. Inspired by the profound impact of therapy and driven by a deep belief that everyone deserves access to quality care, Sujin is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages reach their therapy goals.
A multilingual clinician, Sujin is passionate about culturally responsive care. She values collaboration and is committed to holistic, team-based approaches that empower clients and families alike. She enjoys the variety of a mixed caseload — from newborn feeding to end-of-life care. While she has a particular interest in dysphagia and complex medical cases, she also loves working with clients requiring support in speech, language, voice, and AAC. More recently, she has developed a growing interest in working with children who are deaf or hard of hearing — including learning Auslan!
Outside of work, Sujin is a proud wife and mother of three, balancing a busy family life filled with circus, dance, musical theatre, and baseball. She actively volunteers at her children’s school as Vice President of Events, fostering connections within her local community and helping everyone create beautiful memories!
