Alex is a compassionate and highly skilled Occupational Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals living with psychosocial, neurological, and neurodevelopmental conditions. She has a strong clinical focus on delivering high-quality, evidence-based assessments and tailored therapeutic interventions that promote independence, functional capacity, and overall wellbeing.
Alex completed honours research exploring the impact of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) on activity participation and quality of life, which continues to inform her passion for improving access to specialised assessment and advocacy for individuals living with ME and chronic fatigue conditions. She has undertaken advanced training in the Allen’s Cognitive Level Screen and is experienced in assessing and supporting sensory needs, daily living skills, and co-occurring mental health presentations.
Alex is particularly passionate about increasing access to high-quality occupational therapy services in regional areas across Queensland, ensuring individuals receive the support they need regardless of location.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys trail running, hiking, and exploring new coffee spots, as well as spending downtime playing board games or watching movies with family and friends.
