Neecee Galea is an NDIS-registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with a Bachelor of Psychology and extensive experience supporting people with disability.
With a strong foundation in disability support, Neecee has worked directly with participants for several years before progressing into behaviour support practice. This experience provides her with valuable insight into the everyday experiences of participants, their families and support teams, as well as the importance of developing practical strategies that can be effectively implemented in daily life.
Neecee specialises in developing evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans that aim to reduce behaviours of concern, strengthen positive skills and enhance participants’ quality of life. She works collaboratively with participants, families, support workers, service providers and other stakeholders to develop individualised strategies that reflect each participant’s unique needs, goals and circumstances.
Passionate about promoting dignity, inclusion and improved quality of life for people with disability, Neecee takes a collaborative and person-centred approach to behaviour support. She is committed to achieving practical outcomes, reducing restrictive practices and supporting participants to make meaningful progress towards their individual goals.
