Our Mission

Capability Support Services has made incredible strides in a short amount of time, and we’re excited about the future. Our vision is to continue expanding and supporting individuals across the country, with a goal to positively impact the lives of over 100,000 participants over the next 5 years. To achieve this, we plan to broaden our reach into rural and remote areas, ensuring that people from all corners of the nation have access to the personalized support they deserve.

But that’s just the beginning. We’re also introducing exciting new initiatives like the Capability Hub in 2026, a dedicated space focusing on Australia’s first skill development with mock environment set ups for adults and early intervention for children. The Capability Skill Building Hub aims to provide tailored programs that help individuals develop critical life skills, empowering them to live more independently and confidently.

Alongside this, our Health Without Walls initiative has recently launched breaking down barriers to access by delivering therapy and behaviour support via telehealth to communities that traditionally miss out on face-to-face services. Together, these two initiatives extend our reach, creating local hubs for hands-on growth while also using technology to ensure no one is left behind.

As we grow, our commitment to continually improving our services, advocating for our participants, and exploring new ways to enhance lives remains at the heart of everything we do.
