Roberta (Bobby) brings over a decade of experience in mental health and behaviour support to Capability Support Services. She holds qualifications in Psychology, Neuroscience, and evidence-based psychological treatment, underpinned by a strong commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred practice.
Her experience spans the UK, New Zealand, and Australia across prisons, addiction services, and mental health settings. Bobby applies evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioural strategies, to support meaningful behaviour change and improve quality of life for children, young people, and adults.
She is passionate about reducing anxiety-related behaviours and working collaboratively to deliver practical, compassionate, and effective behaviour support outcomes.
Outside of work, Bobby enjoys baking, Pilates, travelling, and spending quality time with family.
